Kris Leong Seok Wan, Vice President

Ms. Leong is responsible for investments in Singapore and Korea. She focuses on the electronics/digital consumer, communication and semiconductor sectors. She earned a B.A. in Economics and Statistics from the National University of Singapore.

                               Daniel Tsai , Vice President            
Office Location: Taiwan

Mr. Tsai is heavily involved in developing strategic corporate relationship and investment opportunities in Taiwan and China and monitors portfolio companies, including follow-on investments, restructuring and exits. He earned an E.M.B.A. from the National Taiwan University, a M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Ohio State University, and a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the National Tsing-Hua University in Taiwan.

Soo Ping Yong, Vice President   
Office Location: Singapore

Ms. Yong focuses on the software, Internet and digital consumer spaces in South Asia. She also manages portfolio companies in South Asia including deal sourcing, due diligence, initial and follow-on investments, monitoring and exits. Ms. Yong earned a MBA and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

                               Chee Khen Chong, Assistant Vice President,         
Office Location: Malaysia

Mr. Chong is responsible for deal sourcing, investments and portfolio management for existing Malaysian companies. He earned a MBA from the University of Malaya in Malaysia and a B.A. in Engineering from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) in the United Kingdom.

                             Eric Liang, Investment Manager
Office Location: Taiwan

Mr. Liang joined Walden International in 2007. Prior to WI, he was with J.P. Morgan Securities, Taiwan as Technology Analyst, covering downstream component companies. He earned a M.S. in Industrial engineering and dual B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the National Taiwan University. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of CFA Association of Taiwan.

                                Joana Tieu, Investment Manager           
Office Location: San Francisco

Ms. Tieu is responsible for portfolio management in the U.S. and assists investment officers in the U.S. in deal closing and documentation. She earned a MBA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a B.A. in French/Japanese from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

                                  William Pu, Investment Director
Office Location: Shanghai

Mr. Pu is responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence and portfolio management in China. His main industry focus is media, entertainment and TMT. Prior to Walden, Mr. Pu was business development manager at The Walt Disney Company. Earlier in his career, he was executive director at Asia Business Consulting and finance department manager at DHL.

William holds a B.A. in Economics from Xiamen University and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.

                            Ankur Maheshwari, Investment Manager

Office Location:Bangalore          

Mr. Maheshwari joined Walden International in 2008. Prior to joining WI, he was a part of the Forex Derivatives team at Kotak Mahindra Bank, a private sector bank in India. Earlier, he held various assignments ranging from launch of new product groups to Business Process Re-engineering at The 

Boston Consulting Group.

Ankur holds a MBA in finance from ICFAI Business School and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Jenny Zhang, Investment Analyst

Office Location: Shanghai

Ms. Zhang is responsible for industry analysis and investment analysis in China. Her main industry focus is clean technology and TMT. Jenny holds an MS degree in Accounting & Management from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and a BA degree in Finance from Sichuan University. She currently holds a CPA certificate.
