History/Background:
Nancy Lee is one of the founding members of WI and is the Group CFO. Nancy joined Walden International in 1987. Her responsibilities include internal and external reporting, domestic and international tax consulting and compliance issues associated with global investments, structuring of new fund offerings and limited partner relationships. She is directly involved in the liquidation of U.S. public portfolio companies as well as administrative functions of WI funds and holding entities. From 1991 through 1997, Nancy was stationed in Hong Kong. From 1991 through 1994, Nancy was the CFO of a privately held conglomerate in Hong Kong. Nancy
holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Francisco State University
and is a Certified Public Accountant.
