History/Background:
Soo Ping joined Walden International in 1997. Prior to this, she was with Kent Ridge Digital Labs, a national software research institute in Singapore, where she was responsible for business development, technology licensing and spin-off ventures. She began her career in the IT industry as a technical consultant in the Professional Services Organization of Hewlett-Packard in Singapore. She has more than 12 years of high technology industry and venture capital experience. Soo Ping holds a Bachelor degree in ElectricalEngineering and an MBA from the National University of Singapore.
