Amos Barzilay, Ph.D.

History/Background:

Amos is a former Managing Director of WI and was responsible for identifying investment opportunities in the software and IT services industries. Prior to joining WI, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Content and Supplier Group of Commerce One.

Amos holds a B.S. in Engineering from Technion in Israel and a Ph.D. and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.

History/Background:

Kwee Bee joined Walden International in 2000. Prior to WI, she was Senior General Manager and Head of the Corporate Finance Department at Arab-Malaysian Bank, the largest Merchant Bank in Malaysia. Kwee Bee has wide experience and knowledge in the capital markets in Malaysia, especially in the areas of fundraising and corporate restructuring. She has participated in listing over 100 companies on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

Kwee Bee holds a B.A. with honors in Business from Kingston University in London. She is a member of the Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

S. C. Mak

History/Background:

S.C. joined Walden International in 1998. Prior to WI, he was Director of Directo Investments (South China) at AIG Investment Corporation (Asia) Ltd. Earlier in his career, he was Director, China Investments at First Eastern Investment Group, Associate Director at FPB Asia Ltd (merchant banking unit of the First Pacific Group), and Manager, Industrial Investments at Tian An Group.

S.C. holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and an M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
