Ltd. today announced the merger of two leading Pan-Asian e-business solutions providers to create a new organization, to be known as Delirium CyberTouch Corporation. With 8 offices and over 400 employees, the newly merged entity aims to be one of the largest e-business solutions firms in Asia.

With a deep understanding of the challenges currently faced by enterprises due to the increasingly competitive marketplace, Delirium CyberTouch's vision is to assist Asian enterprises plan, develop and execute digital strategies for the New Economy through its end-to-end solution and delivery framework.

The new organization will be headquartered in Hong Kong, with offices in Beijing, Guangzhou, Kuala Lumpur, New York City, Seoul, Singapore, Taipei. New offices in Shenzhen and Shanghai will open in early summer 2001.
